Take 2 tablets twice daily, preferably with a meal or as directed by your doctor. 

Some brands use up to 50% fillers. Since Actexa doesn't use fillers many of our customers take just 2 tablets per day to get the same dose as 4 capsules per day from other brands.

Warning: Keep out of reach of children. Store in a cool dry place.  If you are pregnant, nursing, or using medications, consult your physician before use. Do not use if seal is broken or missing. This product is manufactured and packaged in a facility which may also process milk, soy, wheat, egg, peanuts, sesame, tree nuts, fish, and crustacean shellfish.
